Roles & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- The Project Manager (PM) shall have full responsibility for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the hospital construction project. The PM ensures the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare design standards, medical engineering requirements, and authority regulations.
- Responsible for the full construction of the projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
- Monitor project progress through regular status reports, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to stay on track.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct regular project meetings to foster team engagement and address any obstacles that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project execution.
- Evaluate project performance using established metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement in future projects.
- Document all project phases, decisions, and lessons learned to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the project team towards successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
- Good knowledge in building hospitals
Coordinate integration of specialized healthcare systems such as:
- Medical Gas Systems (MGPS)
- Nurse Call Systems
- BMS & EMS Systems
- HVAC for critical areas (Operation Theatres, ICUs, Isolation Rooms)
- Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems
